Privacy Policy

De10x Digital Marketing ("De10x", "we", "us") is a performance marketing agency based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal data we collect through de10x.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

When you complete a form on this site or book a call, we collect the details you enter. That is typically your name, work email address, company name, region, the service you are interested in, your indicative budget range, and any message you write. On our city pages we also collect a phone number.

Information collected automatically

If you accept cookies, our analytics and advertising tools collect standard technical data: IP address (truncated where the tool supports it), browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, the pages you view, and how you interact with them. Section 4 lists the specific tools.

If you decline cookies, none of these tools load and none of this data is collected.

2. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a proposal. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To provide our services once you become a client. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To measure and improve our marketing. Lawful basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run this site and our business. Each only receives what it needs:

• Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) for measurement and advertising, where you have consented.
• Meta Platforms for advertising measurement, where you have consented.
• Microsoft (Clarity) for anonymised session analytics, where you have consented.
• Calendly when you book a call, and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there.
• Our email provider, for correspondence.

Some of these providers are based outside Pakistan, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, those transfers rely on the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We set no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them. Full detail, including how to change your choice, is in our Cookie Policy.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become clients: 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
• Client records: for the duration of the engagement and 7 years afterwards, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
• Analytics data: according to each platform's retention setting, currently 14 months in Google Analytics.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased
• Restrict or object to how we process it
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
• Complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU, your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email saleem@de10x.com. We respond within 30 days and we do not charge for it.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in access-controlled systems. Access to enquiry data is limited to the De10x team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly if a breach affects your data.

8. Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with data, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page for at least 30 days.
