These terms govern your use of de10x.com. By using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

De10x Digital Marketing is a performance marketing agency operating from Islamabad, Pakistan, providing Google Ads management, Meta advertising, SEO and lead generation services.

2. This website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error free, and we may change it at any time without notice.

3. Services are governed by a separate agreement

Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Any engagement between De10x and a client is governed by a separate written services agreement covering scope, fees, term, deliverables, ownership and termination. Where those terms conflict with this page, the services agreement prevails.

4. Performance figures and claims

Metrics shown on this site, including ad spend managed, number of brands worked with, and results described in case studies, reflect our own records at the date of publication. Advertising performance depends on your offer, your market, your budget, your creative, and factors outside anyone's control such as platform policy and auction dynamics. Past results do not guarantee future results and nothing on this site is a promise of a specific return. We are happy to walk you through the underlying accounts on request.

5. Your responsibilities as a client

Where we manage advertising on your behalf, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products, services and claims being advertised, for holding any licence or permission your sector requires, and for complying with the advertising policies of Google, Meta and any other platform used. We may decline or pause work that we believe breaches those policies or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The De10x name, logo, site design, copy and other materials on this site are owned by De10x and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or republish them without written permission. Work product created specifically for a client transfers according to that client's services agreement.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services such as Calendly, WhatsApp, Google and Meta. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, De10x is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the limits set out in the relevant services agreement.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove any protection available to consumers under the mandatory law of their own country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
