United Arab Emirates

Performance Marketing Agency for UAE and Dubai Brands

We manage paid media for ecommerce and service businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. We work in your time zone, plan around local shopping seasons and set targets from your real margins.

What we do for UAE brands

We run Google Ads and Meta ads for ecommerce brands and service businesses, and plan UGC style video creative for paid social. The Dubai page covers the city market in more detail.

Since 2016 we have managed more than $26M in ad spend across 50+ brands in 12+ markets, including the Gulf. We do not promise results for your account in advance.

How we work

  • Tracking first. Tag setup, enhanced conversions, the Meta Conversions API and WhatsApp click tracking, tested before spend rises
  • Break even before targets. We set a break even ROAS or cost per lead from your real margins, including 5% VAT where it applies. See the ROAS calculator
  • You own the accounts. Ads, pixels and data stay in your name
  • Weekly reporting in plain English
  • No long lock-in after an initial setup period

UAE specifics we plan for

  • Bilingual audiences. English and Arabic speakers search and respond differently. We plan keywords, ads and landing pages for each language you need
  • Seasonality. Ramadan, Eid, White Friday and the Dubai Shopping Festival change demand and cost. We plan creative and budget ahead of them
  • WhatsApp and calls. Many enquiries arrive by WhatsApp or phone, so we track those as conversions, not only form fills
  • Regulation. UAE rules cover data protection, advertising claims and influencer or advertiser licensing. Confirm your obligations with a local adviser and the relevant authority
  • Delivery and payment. Cash on delivery, delivery speed and returns affect ecommerce conversion in the region

Time zone and communication

The UAE works on Gulf Standard Time with a Saturday and Sunday weekend, and we book calls and reports around your working week. Urgent issues such as disapproved ads or broken tracking are handled as they arise.

Where to start

Most brands begin with an audit, then one focused channel test. Read how to choose a Google Ads agency and our UGC ads guide while you compare options.

The first 90 days with us

  1. Days 1 to 14: audit and setup. We review ad accounts, tracking, site speed on mobile and the offer. We fix tracking first, then agree a break even cost per lead or ROAS in UAE dirhams (AED) based on your real margins.
  2. Days 15 to 45: first tests. We launch a small number of campaigns on one or two channels rather than spreading budget thin. Creative and keyword themes are tested against each other with clear stop and scale rules.
  3. Days 46 to 90: scale what works. Winning campaigns get more budget in steps, weak ones are cut, and we add the next channel only when the first is stable.

Expect weekly written reports throughout. Where results are slower than hoped, you will see why in the numbers rather than in a vague summary.

What we need from you

Good paid media needs inputs only you have: gross margin per product or service, your capacity to handle leads or orders, access to your ad accounts and website analytics, and honest feedback on lead quality. For the United Arab Emirates we also ask about delivery or service coverage, returns policy, and any seasonal peaks you already know about, since Ramadan and Eid, White Friday, the Dubai Shopping Festival and the summer slowdown change both competition and cost.

Mistakes we see often

  • Optimising for clicks or form fills instead of real sales or qualified leads
  • Judging a channel after a few days. Most campaigns need enough conversions to leave the learning phase before decisions make sense
  • Sending all traffic to the homepage. Each campaign needs a page that matches its message
  • Ignoring cash on delivery, easy returns and fast delivery windows. Checkout friction and unclear delivery cost quietly cut conversion rate
  • No consent-aware tracking. The uae personal data protection law, advertising and influencer content rules from the uae media council, and platform policies affect how you can measure, so tracking should be planned with them in mind

Agency, freelancer or in-house?

A freelancer is often the cheapest way to start, but one person covers every channel, so depth and cover for absence can be thin. An in-house hire gives control but takes months to recruit and ramp. An agency such as De10x brings a team that has handled many accounts, with a process for tracking, testing and reporting. The right choice depends on your spend and how fast you need to move. If you want a neutral comparison, our guide to choosing a Google Ads agency applies to any ad provider.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with businesses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?

Yes. We work with businesses across the UAE and plan around local seasons, languages and working hours.

Can you run Arabic campaigns?

We plan bilingual campaigns and structure accounts by language. For Arabic ad copy and landing pages we recommend review by a native speaker for your audience and dialect.

Do you track WhatsApp and phone enquiries?

Yes. We track WhatsApp clicks and calls as conversions so campaigns optimise towards real enquiries.

Is there a long contract?

No. After an initial setup period we work month to month.

How much should I spend on ads in the United Arab Emirates?

It depends on your margin, average order value or lead value, and how many conversions you need to judge a test. We recommend starting with a budget that can produce enough conversions in four to eight weeks, then scaling only when cost per result is below your break even.

Will you guarantee results?

No. Anyone who guarantees a specific ROAS or lead cost before seeing your accounts, product and market is guessing. We commit to clean tracking, clear reporting and a documented testing plan.

Do I own the ad accounts and data?

Yes. Ad accounts, pixels, analytics and creative stay in your name, and you keep access if we stop working together.
