Meta Ads
Facebook and Meta Ads Agency for US Ecommerce Brands
On Meta, creative does most of the work. For US ecommerce brands we combine account management with a steady flow of tested video and static creative, backed by tracking that holds up after the iOS privacy changes.
What we manage
- Prospecting and retargeting campaigns with a simple structure that gives the algorithm enough data
- Creative testing with several hooks per concept, so we learn what stops the scroll
- UGC style video. We brief and edit creator content. See our guides on UGC ads and finding creators
- Catalog and Advantage+ campaigns for stores with a healthy product feed
- Reporting against your break even, not just platform ROAS
Tracking after iOS privacy changes
Platform reporting is incomplete, so we set up the Meta pixel and the Conversions API together, check event match quality and compare reported results to real revenue in your store. We treat Meta's numbers as one input and cross-check them before changing budgets.
For Shopify and ecommerce brands
Most of our Meta work is for ecommerce. We look at offer, landing page and product pages as well as ads, because a weak page wastes good traffic. Read Meta ads for Shopify stores for the approach in detail.
Market specifics for the US
US audiences are large and competitive, and the fourth quarter raises cost per thousand impressions sharply. We plan creative volume and budget ahead of Black Friday and the holidays. Creator content should include the disclosures the FTC expects, and ads in categories such as health, finance and supplements face stricter platform and legal rules, so we check claims before launch.
Next step
Start with an audit of your account and tracking. We will say plainly what we would change and what we would leave alone. Our Facebook Ads agency page covers the general service.
Account structure for Meta ads
We keep the structure simple. A small number of campaigns are built around one goal each, such as sales, leads or retargeting. Within them, ad sets test audiences or placements, and ads test creative. Fewer, larger ad sets exit the learning phase faster than many tiny ones.
For the United States we target by state, metro area or ZIP radius and make sure the offer, language, price format in US dollars and delivery message match local expectations.
Creative testing system
On Meta, creative does most of the targeting. We plan a steady stream of new angles rather than minor edits of one ad: problem and solution, demo, social proof, offer, founder story and comparison. Formats include short vertical video, static images and carousels, and UGC style video where it fits the product. Each batch is tagged so we can see which angle, hook and format drive results, not just which single ad won.
Audiences and automation
Broad targeting with strong creative often works, particularly with Advantage+ campaigns, but only when the pixel and Conversions API feed clean purchase or lead data. We layer retargeting for site visitors, add to cart and video viewers, and use customer lists for suppression and lookalike style signals, in line with state privacy laws such as CCPA and CPRA, FTC rules on endorsements and CAN-SPAM for email.
Measurement and attribution
We set up the Meta pixel and the Conversions API together, check event match quality, and compare platform numbers with your own analytics and orders. Attribution windows change reported results, so we look at blended figures too, such as total revenue against total ad spend. Decisions are made on the trend over a week or more, not on a single day.
Common Meta Ads mistakes we fix
- Boosting posts instead of building proper campaigns
- Changing budgets or edits every day, which resets learning
- Running one creative angle until it burns out
- No exclusion of existing customers from prospecting
- Weak preparation for Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday quarter, plus Prime Day weeks when Amazon pulls shoppers away, so creative and budgets arrive late
