Performance Marketing Agency for US Brands
We run paid media for US ecommerce and service businesses from a remote team, with call times that fit Eastern and Pacific schedules. The work starts with tracking and break even numbers, then moves to campaigns and creative.
What we do for US brands
De10x manages paid acquisition for direct to consumer brands and local or national service businesses. We build and run Google Ads for people who already search for what you sell, and Meta ads to reach people who do not yet know you exist. Creative is part of the job: we plan and brief UGC style video ads and test them against each other.
Since 2016 we have managed more than $26M in ad spend across 50+ brands in 12+ markets. We do not quote results for your account in advance, because they depend on your product, price, reviews and competition.
How we work
- Tracking first. Google tag or Tag Manager, enhanced conversions and the Meta Conversions API, tested before any budget moves
- Break even before targets. We set a break even ROAS or cost per lead from your real margins. Our ROAS calculator shows how
- You own the accounts. Ad accounts, pixels and data stay in your name
- Weekly reporting. What changed, why, and what we test next
- No long lock-in. Month to month after an initial setup period
US specifics we plan for
- Privacy and consent. State privacy laws such as California's CCPA and CPRA affect how audiences and tracking are used. We set up tracking with consent in mind, and you should confirm your obligations with legal counsel
- Endorsements and creator content. The FTC expects clear disclosure when creators have a material connection to a brand. We brief creators accordingly
- Peak seasons. Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday quarter change both competition and cost. We plan budgets and creative well before them
- Tax and shipping display. Sales tax and delivery expectations differ by state, and unclear pricing hurts conversion
Time zones and communication
We are a remote team. Strategy calls are booked at times that suit Eastern, Central or Pacific working hours, and reports are written so you can read them without a call. Urgent issues such as disapproved ads or a tracking break are handled as they arise.
Where to start
Most US brands begin with an audit of the current accounts, then a focused test on one channel. Read the guides on choosing a Google Ads agency and what a good ROAS looks like if you are still comparing options.
The first 90 days with us
- Days 1 to 14: audit and setup. We review ad accounts, tracking, site speed on mobile and the offer. We fix tracking first, then agree a break even cost per lead or ROAS in US dollars based on your real margins.
- Days 15 to 45: first tests. We launch a small number of campaigns on one or two channels rather than spreading budget thin. Creative and keyword themes are tested against each other with clear stop and scale rules.
- Days 46 to 90: scale what works. Winning campaigns get more budget in steps, weak ones are cut, and we add the next channel only when the first is stable.
Expect weekly written reports throughout. Where results are slower than hoped, you will see why in the numbers rather than in a vague summary.
What we need from you
Good paid media needs inputs only you have: gross margin per product or service, your capacity to handle leads or orders, access to your ad accounts and website analytics, and honest feedback on lead quality. For the United States we also ask about delivery or service coverage, returns policy, and any seasonal peaks you already know about, since Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday quarter, plus Prime Day weeks when Amazon pulls shoppers away change both competition and cost.
Mistakes we see often
- Optimising for clicks or form fills instead of real sales or qualified leads
- Judging a channel after a few days. Most campaigns need enough conversions to leave the learning phase before decisions make sense
- Sending all traffic to the homepage. Each campaign needs a page that matches its message
- Ignoring free shipping thresholds and easy returns. Checkout friction and unclear delivery cost quietly cut conversion rate
- No consent-aware tracking. State privacy laws such as ccpa and cpra, ftc rules on endorsements and can-spam for email affect how you can measure, so tracking should be planned with them in mind
Agency, freelancer or in-house?
A freelancer is often the cheapest way to start, but one person covers every channel, so depth and cover for absence can be thin. An in-house hire gives control but takes months to recruit and ramp. An agency such as De10x brings a team that has handled many accounts, with a process for tracking, testing and reporting. The right choice depends on your spend and how fast you need to move. If you want a neutral comparison, our guide to choosing a Google Ads agency applies to any ad provider.
