Most SEO in Pakistan targets keywords nobody searches
Before writing a word, we pull real search volume for every term a page could target. It matters more than most agencies admit. To take an example from our own market research: seo agency islamabad returns effectively no search volume, while seo services in lahore returns roughly 3,600 searches a month at a difficulty score of 22. Same industry, same country, a difference of several thousand visits a month depending on which phrase a page is built around.
We have seen Pakistani businesses spend a year ranking for a phrase with twenty searches a month and conclude that SEO does not work. The channel worked. The target was wrong. So the first deliverable in every engagement is a keyword map: every page you have or need, matched to a specific term, with its monthly volume and competitive difficulty attached.
What the engagement actually includes
Technical foundation
Crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data and mobile rendering. This is the unglamorous half and it is usually where the fastest gains are. Sites regularly come to us where a single misconfigured tag or a JavaScript-rendered navigation is keeping most of the site out of Google's index entirely.
On-page and content
Title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure and body content mapped to the keyword plan. We write for the person deciding whether to contact you, then make sure the page is legible to a crawler. Not the other way around.
Local SEO
For businesses serving Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore, the local pack matters more than the classic ten blue links. That means a complete Google Business Profile, consistent name, address and phone details across directories, location pages with genuinely local content, and a systematic process for earning reviews. We are direct about this: if you want to rank for "near me" searches, your Google Business Profile does more work than your website. We will tell you that before you pay us for on-page work that cannot move those terms.
Digital PR and links
Editorial links from publications that a human would actually read. No private blog networks, no bulk directory submissions, nothing that needs disavowing in two years.
Reporting you can check yourself
Monthly reporting covers ranking movement on your mapped keywords, organic sessions, and the enquiries attributable to organic search. That last one is the number that matters and it is the one most SEO reports quietly omit.
You get direct access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics under your own account. We do not send screenshots of dashboards you cannot open.
Realistic timelines
Technical fixes can show up in a few weeks. Ranking movement on competitive commercial terms typically takes three to six months, and longer in categories where the incumbents have been publishing for a decade. Anyone promising page one in thirty days on a competitive term is either targeting a keyword with no volume or is about to do something to your domain you will regret.
For sites starting from a low domain authority we usually recommend running paid search alongside SEO for the first two quarters. Paid buys you data and enquiries immediately; SEO compounds. Used together, the paid campaigns tell you which keywords actually convert, which then makes the SEO investment far better targeted.
How we prove any of this
Every number on this site comes from an ad account we can open in front of you. On the strategy call we screen-share real Google Ads and Meta accounts with client identifiers redacted, so you see the spend, the conversions and the dates rather than a claim in a slide. If we agree there is a fit, we connect you directly with a current client in a comparable market and leave you to ask them whatever you want without us on the call.
You own your ad accounts and your reporting from day one. Nothing sits behind our agency login, so you can audit any claim we make about your campaigns, and you keep everything if you leave.
